Life is a series of moments that quietly shape us—moments that give us new perspectives, help us discover our strengths, and remind us of our own choices. The Moments Collection was created to honor these experiences, those small yet transformative points in time when we gain clarity about who we are and what we stand for.
Moment of Personal Liberation
I spent years working in the corporate world, like so many of you, under immense pressure to perform and prove my worth. Long hours and relentless expectations left little time to think or reflect. I remember the days I would play motivational speeches just to find the energy to get up in the morning. Then, one day, I asked myself, “Why am I doing this? Do I have a choice?” That simple question—do I have a choice?—was the start of a profound shift. It was a moment of true liberation, realizing that I didn’t have to stay stuck in a mindset or situation that no longer served me. I could choose my path based on my own needs and values.
Now, as an executive coach, I’m privileged to witness similar breakthroughs in others. I’ve seen clients find the courage to say "no" for the first time to their boss, step away from draining expectations, or finally express their needs after years of silence. I’ve seen that powerful moment when someone realizes that their body has the answers they've been searching for—all they need to do is listen. The Moments Collection captures the essence of these pivotal experiences, honoring the beauty of growth and self-discovery.
Honoring Moments with Gratitude
This collection is for anyone who has encountered moments of self-discovery, whether subtle or life-changing. Each piece is a reminder to hold these moments close, with gratitude—for the people, experiences, and paths that have shaped us, and the journey we continue to walk.
I’d like to share a practice with all of you that has been meaningful in my own life: a gratitude practice. Take a few moments each day to reflect on what you’re grateful for—not only in others and the world around you, but also in yourself. Recognizing these sources of gratitude can bring a sense of peace and appreciation for your journey, and I hope it will add a little more light to your days.
