1. How long does it take to receive my order?
- Typically, we process orders within 1-2 business days. Standard delivery then takes around 5 business days.
- Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) are prepared and shipped within 1-2 business days, once payment authorization is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends will ship the next business day.
- Please note: weekend delivery is not available.
2. How will I know when my order has shipped?
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

We cannot replace or refund lost or stolen packages. To ensure safe delivery, please choose a secure location. For lost or stolen packages in transit, please contact us, and we’ll assist you with filing a claim.

2. What if I lost one earring. Can I get a replacement?
Yes, we may be able to replace a missing earring. Please send us the remaining earring so we can ensure a perfect match. Please note that there will be a charge for the replacement earring, which is typically half the price of the original pair, plus shipping costs. We cannot guarantee replacements for one-of-a-kind or discontinued ones.
